Hi all,

I really enjoyed #ESMARConf2021.

A big thank you to the organizers and great presenters!

Now that I had some time to let all the impressions sink in I want to share (at least) 6 ways my workflow will change based on the things I learned!
1. I will look out for (semi-)automated title and abstract screening tools in ~1 year as software capabilities seem to be quickly accelerating.

I will also play with @nealhaddaway GScraper to see if I might have missed some grey literature! https://twitter.com/nealhaddaway/status/1315254961991815168
3. I want to develop my skillset in the direction @vawelch sketched out in her talk on the future of evidence synthesis:

Automation
Crowdsourcing
Living reviews
Gap maps

4. Join the open synthesis movement

I want to learn more about and get involved with the open synthesis movement spearheaded by @nealhaddaway to merge open science with research synthesis

5. I want to play with the multinma R package

Super interesting new R package by @dmphillippo for Bayesian network meta-analysis that can include both individual patient data and aggregate data at the same time!

6. I will use @wviechtb´s new selmodel() function to investigate publication bias.
