People like @AdzCampbell91 once again moaning because Chelsea are getting rid of Lamps while we stick with Arteta because they don't have any perspective at all. Totally ignorant.

Lamps had everything gift wrapped at Chelsea. He walked into a good squad and board setup.

Lamps walked into a team good enough to challenge for the title, he then spent £200m and the team has gone backwards.

What Arteta has had to do to this squad by comparison is oceans away in terms of the size of the job and the difficulty.

We've had so many players who had the wrong attitude, not enough quality, etc etc. Do you realise how hard that is to change? Arteta is changing it week by week and we've overhauled the squad (long way to go still) and we're clearly going in the right direction.

We're clearly targeting a better calibre of player these days and even though the results aren't good at the moment you have to be blind or wilfully stupid to not see the steady positive direction we're going in. Write this season off and have some patience.

Lampard was never a better manage than Arteta. Arteta has the co-sign of everyone in the business.
