Hawley op-Ed based entirely on a lie: “I raised a challenge to the presidential electors from Pennsylvania after that state conducted the election in violation of the state constitution.”
Not true. PA Legislature passed a law. PA Supreme Court said it was fine. Enough lies. https://twitter.com/hawleymo/status/1353531833884020738
For a Senator to say “Maybe you agree with me. Maybe you don’t” as his defense for using his constitutional power to disenfranchise the population of Pennsylvania is unforgivable.

You aren’t getting cancelled, Josh. You tried to cancel us PA voters. Society sided with us.
SCOTUS rejected requests to overrule PA Supreme Court. But Hawley says he knows better.

According to him, he and his fellow Senators should be the arbiters of what the PA Constitution says. And he used his position to do just that.

It was not conservative. It was autocratic.
Hawley clerked for the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court. He is fully aware it is *courts* that decide whether something violates a Constitution—NOT Senators who defend conclusions with: “Maybe you agree. Maybe you don’t.”

Hawley usurped voters AND courts. He is scary.
The reality is that conservatives like Hawley—who used his privilege to cakewalk to a Senate seat—are completely flabbergasted when society holds them accountable for doing something egregious, like disenfranchising millions of voters or raising a fist to insurrectionists.
They preach about responsibility, but when that gets applied to them they cry out and say we are living in Communist China.

Josh, you’re responsible for a mistake. It’s not your opinion that’s the problem. It’s your actions. You acted to harm PA voters.

Apologize or shut up.
