I’d like to point out that if there were no validity to concerns raised around conflicts of interest/racial gaslighting, there would have been no reason why those asking questions about the situation would’ve found themselves blocked by an org. no one even knew she worked for.

A brand new organization that had no social media presence, and that myself and others only realized we were blocked by when people started retweeting their grand opening posts. It was then revealed she went to her colleagues there and told them she was being harassed.
I made a post about it that night, then removed it to give the org a chance to respond thinking that she had done this without them knowing. The next day when I was contacted by the exec director I was gaslit, I pleaded with the ED to contact @SawrasaurusRex
And Bashir to hear their side of things and implored her as an executive director of an Edmonton non profit organization to take these issues seriously. It took weeks of incessant contact for Sarah to even get a meeting. This is unacceptable.
