So here's A @Centrelink story.
When I retired I went onto what was then Newstart in the expectation of transitioning to further employment.
It soon became clear that due to the circumstances of my retirement this was not going to happen.

I was diagnosed with PTSD and Anxious Depression and assessed by my Superannuation insurance as totally and permanently incapacitated.
I've been submitting medical certificates for some time and eventually was referred, last December, to an Employment Services Assessment
I did that and talked to a very reasonable and helpful assessor. The agreed outcome of that meeting was that it was inappropriate for me to be on Jobseeker and that I'd be better placed on Disability Support sinced I'd had four separate assessment declaring me unfit for work.
He also said that he would grant a six month exemption from Mutual Obligations while I applied for DSP.
All very helpful and really helpful in giving me a path forward.
Except....

Today I received notice from @Centrelink that on 25th February I have a Compulsory Participation Appointment.
No explanation, no reference to the Employment Assessment or the outcome that was agreed to. And, apparently, no 6 month exemption that I was offered.

So here's my question. @Centrelink required me to attend an Employment Assessment "to see what needed to be done".
As required I attended and an outcome was agreed.
Now that outcome is being ignored or forgotten or something.
Why?

And another question. What is the point of insisting on a meeting and what is the point of me taking part if the outcome is just ignored. Why waste my time? Why waste the assessor's time?
And why do yourself the disservice of getting me to think "Wow @Centrelink is really helpful" if you're just going to prove you're not a month later?
