Wrote this a couple weeks ago but just linked a text file prolly 5 of you read. Anyway, Fuck Economics, a thread:

Fuck economics. Fuck communism, fuck capitalism, fuck your books, fuck your theories. In our circles, opposition to commmunism is taken for granted, yet probably less than half of "Liberty Twitter" could even tell you what it is. No, socialism is not "when the government does

stuff" - this is such a naive overgeneralization it is hardly worth going into further. I agree communism is a garbage ideology, and as much for individualist reasons as economic ones, but I also propose that capitalism belongs in the trash as well.

Communism is, definitionally, a stateless, classless, and moneyless society. When the internet Marxists say that the USSR "wasn't real communism" they are right in a sense, as it certainly was none of those things. Yet the typical Libertarian will mock such a statement, entirely

unaware of their hypocrisy. As they go about mocking the communists for their "wasn't real communism" sentiment they will say America isn't real capitalism, all the while sounding off about the great benefits American capitalism has brought us and the world. Which is it? How

can capitalism be responsible for all these great things if state intervention means it doesn't even exist?

Capitalism, despite no real version existing apparently, is touted as some sort of great Humanity Maximizer as though this is a good thing. The fact that it sustains an ever increasing number of bored and listless hominid consumers seems a net negative to me. Yet the capitalists

will say, "People are happier! They have more stuff!" I'm not, and I am not alone. Most of our lives are endless pursuits of product, and the argument will be that it is a personal failing to get sucked into this. So let me get that straight - "buying into" capitalism is a

personal failing, while avoiding its pitfalls (effectively, being against globalist capitalism) and say, moving to the country to be largely self-sustaining, is seen as a virtue? In that I agree. But that is, again, a rejection of the globalist capitalist system not an

endorsement.

The fact is, I don't give a shit what Marx, or Lenin... or Rothbard, or Mises... have said about the ideal expression of their econonomic theories. This is it. America is as much "real capitalism" as China's CCP is "real communism," and both are globalist, imperialist bullshit.

The utopian dreamworld version of whichever ideology is just not going to fucking happen. Get the fuck over it. Get over yourselves. Free markets have nothing to do with this bullshit globalist system which holds sway over us. Fuck economics.
