Even beyond all the symbolic gestures and lack of crazy tweeting, no sane person can see what Biden’s pursuing and wave it off as “Oh Trump’s not much worse than liberals, all these politicians are the same.” Bullshit
Biden is not going to talk like a leftist, and he won’t go as far left as I might want, but already he’s showing himself to be considerably left of Obama. Given our historical moment, I think that’s where pragmatism is, which is why that’s where Biden is
