Have I got this right? Invicta Academy (not a real academy), run by Stephen James, founder member of Conservative Friends of Education. Also on Invicta’s board is @GavinWilliamson. Stephen wrote a piece in today’s Mail smearing teachers, & using someone else’s resources. Correct?
So sorry. It’s been pointed out to me that SJ is also a key figure in UsForThem, lobbying government around schools reopening. And @GavinWilliamson hasn’t declared his interest in Invicta. And Robert Halfon and others have tweeted their support for SJ today. Oops!
Oh for goodness sake! I’m so silly. Robert Halfon is a sponsor of Invicta... This is Tory sleaze-era corruption. Absolutely astounding!
