i always used to binge at night so after i was done, i’d go straight to sleep. assuming this is the case for you let’s move to part 2 (and if u binged in the middle of the day i could make another thread abt ways to distract urself)

so you just woke up and you’re slowly starting to remember the horrid incidents of last night. i’m gonna have you drink 1L of water within the 30 minutes of you waking up.
you also might be like “well don’t i need to weight myself first?”.. nope not today, bc today were focusing your mental state rather than physical

i also talked abt how you shouldnt restrict the day after and that’s something i live by,, im also not saying don’t have 4000 cals but yknow what i mean?
wanting to fix things by eating as low as possible the next day is only gonna entrain a binge restrict cycle which is so hard to get out of. anyways back to the scheduled program

what i did was that i sorta combined lunch and dinner so in total i would only have 2 meals in the day (you don’t have to do this ofc) so i would eat my final meal at around 3-6pm then try and be done for the day. distract yourself a bit more you’re so close

i hope this helped at least one person out there. i used to be stuck in a really bad binge cycle and i thought i was fr never gonna get out of it bc it was so hard but i’m now almost 2 months binge free !! somehow i managed to do it so i’m sure you can too
