Anyone who knows me also know how much I like animals, wild or not, as the natural born zoologist I am.
But there's something I can't stand: dog people.
Not all dog owners, but specifically the ones who think of dogs as "little furry humans".

They are NOT.
Dogs are not furry childs, but friendly wolves who retain a lot of their primal instinct of hunting.
The wolf predatory chain consists of:

Watch - Lurk - Chase - Grab - Shake - Kill - Eat.

Those elements where selected for different purposes among all classes of working breeds.
Pointers watch. Shepherds lurk. Bloodhounds chase. Retrievers grab. Guard dogs kill. Etc...
Anyone who can't understand this shouldn't own a dog.
Predatory behavior shows in a lot of different circunstances: when chasing animals or objects, retrieving objecs, shaking toys...
If you don't know the basics of the dog evolutionary behavior, the chances that you'll select a breed by their "cuteness" is huge.
And that's how you end up with possible injuries (or worse) or an unpleasant animal as company.
See this cute little fuzzy cloud?
Perfect for a child, right?

It's a wolf killer that usually attaches to a single master.
