While only 1 known case of a trans woman playing sports has happened at either the University of Montana or Montana State University, none are known in the high school ranks or lower, which HB 112 would directly affect. #mtleg is solving a "problem" that literally DOES NOT EXIST.

This is important because TRANS PEOPLE ARE NOT NEW. There's no rush of trans athletes trying to participate or recent influx in transgender identity. There is no trans athlete takeover agenda. There aren't even known trans athletes in state high school athletics.

What there IS, however, is a lobbying group of former athletes who hate trans people so much & have crafted a narrative that has people believing that ZERO transgender high school athletes participating somehow poses a threat to women's sport.
