1-A DV2020 winners family where a spouse is subject to the Muslim ban, has been struggling and working with their embassy for 1 year to get an exception for the spouse subject to the ban so he can travel. After getting an exception for the spouse,
1.1-they all received their visas but subject to PP 10014 so couldn't travel and feeling devastated now after the renewal of PP10014
2-A DV2020 winners family, paid all related interview fees and medical fees before PP10014 back in Jan 2020 (Thousands of dollars). They got stuck in administrative processing unfortunately then PP10014 came in. In September 2020 after a court order, they again paid medical fees
2.1-and other fees including attorneys fees, they received their visas subject to PP10014. And now they are risking losing all the fees they paid again and after waiting for almost 2 year
3-A DV2020 family, the mother and kids received their visas before PP10014 and successfully travelled the US. However the husband received his visa after PP10014 & now can't travel and his visa is about to expire soon and the whole family will be separated if 10014 is not lifted
4-A DV2020 winner attended the interview on his mom's funeral. He received the visa subject to PP10014 and left his job on the hope that PP10014 will not be renewed, and now living in a night mare that he will lose everything
5-I'm an engineer, I've been working at a company in KSA for 7 years, after I got my visa I sold my stuff and car and left my job, I booked a flight on 1st January 2021, and on my way to Istanbul for transit I was informed that Trump renewed the PP10014
5.1-and I couldn't board on my next flight to huston, Texas, I was stuck at Istanbul airport for several hours and then I had no choice but to go back to my home country since I lost my job and my KSA residency. now I'm jobless and hopless :(
6"-Me and my husband had a lifetime dream to immigrate to America, we received our visas in September subject to PP 10014 so couldn't travel. My husband (principal winner) has just died of a heart attack. I lost my husband, and he died waiting and dreaming to travel :( "
7-"This is my story. I am a DV2020 visa holder and currently cannot travel to the USA. I have been separated from my family in the USA since 2019 and I cannot travel and join them. I also wanted to start college in the USA and I cannot do that until I'm able to travel.
7.1-It has caused me a lot of pain and even depression last year and this January after the ban extended. It has really been challenging mentally and financially also. I really hope and pray Biden removes the ban on the 29th and end this nightmare for all of us suffering."
8-I got my DV visa on 9/30 I live in Chile, I sold everything I had, I had a job and I was working there for 3 years and I leave it for my dream and I can’t travel for pp10014, I am wasting my savings and I had to reprogram my flight many times, no job, no time, no money
9-Venezuelan with a printed DV2020 visa, I lost my job, my car and many more things looking for the American dream, now Im waiting in Bogota since December 25, waiting to enter the United States, without the possibility of being able to resume my old life
