And looking at the direction that Burns et al went in we Literally know what happens when people take this line that in order to go to the workers the socialist movement must disabuse itself of politics: distrust not just of other leftists but of politicized people generally
including people who's identities are inherently political, like migrants, queer people, etc. If we're going to the Workers and not trying to talk up politics, then why bring in all these arguments by allowing the presence of someone with too many piercings and colored hair?
