There is a lot to extrapolate from this JJK chapter, and I want to create a small thread on everything I’ve personally gathered.
Toji Fushiguro’s existence could be seen as the blueprint for achieving immense physical strength in replace of having little to no innate curse energy, along with jujutsu sorcerers being almost an exclusive profession in Japan due to optimized cursed energy.
In a worst case scenario, global war would break out if the entire world experienced optimized cursed energy due to how strong people could become.
Yuji ingesting Sukuna was pre-determined? In Chapter 1 he states that he found the finger but never specified where (might be in another chapter, so if someone knows please let me know)
Getwo is associated with the reason as to why Tsumiki was in a coma. We were told multiple incidents so there could be a lot more individuals being awoken after the cast of Idle Transfiguration.
I think this is all really good setup. I was already pretty interested in the politics of jujutsu in of itself, because the damage in Shibuya is a bit too wide-scale for officials to cover it up in a quiet manner. But the fact that there will be a nationwide event-
-opens up a whole new door for the worldbuilding of JJK. I’m pretty excited to see what happens next in the series and I’m sure everything will pan out just fine.
