Need Better Focus?

4 Timeless Principles:

How to Focus

// Thread //
1. Clean Environment

It is cliche to say, a cluttered desk is a cluttered mind.

Only because it is true. For focus little to no distractions must be present.

The more organized your "work space" is the more clear your mind is to focus.

Clean your space and environment daily.
2. Time

Time is the biggest part of focus,
your attention is your time.

Schedule tasks within a reasonable time estimates to finish the work.

Give yourself a 5-7 minute break, every 45-50 minutes.

This will give your mind time relax and not leave focus.

Manage your time
3. Consistency

Just like any muscle your attention span must be "Worked Out".

Use Focus to your advantage, and set aside one hour a day for any task you want.

Do that task everyday for an hour, without distractions.

Consistency is a catalyst to growth.
Consistency is flow.
4. Accuracy

Stop focusing on the "Big Picture" focus on specific tasks.

Learn everything step by step. The smaller the task the better.

Your mind loves details, focus on the details to love focus.

The more precise your task the deeper your focus will be.
