Winter Fridays -- like Summer Fridays, only in winter. Thanks for the inspiration, @AGawrylewski
Most meetings are open to all, but there's a no-excuse-necessary policy if you aren't on the agenda and have to miss one.
50-minute hours. It's like college or high school class schedules, only for meetings.
Avoid sending weekend or late-night emails, especially to people below you in the org chart, unless it's urgent. It's fine to write them weekends or nights, but schedule them or save them as drafts and send during work hours.
