Had a nice conversation yesterday afternoon with a 2019 graduate of my program.
He had a business in HS.
Mulitple lawns by HIMSELF, plus school & athletics.
We always talked.
He had to scale.
Work smarter.
This was not a long term lifestyle.
Free up time to learn & build.

Fast forward to our talk yesterday.
-another mower
-hired an employee
-50+ lawns
He is well on his way.
Glad he continued vs. going away to college.
Positive cash flow vs. debt.

-part time job (mult incomes)
-traded 4 yr school to keep business
All this in less then 2 years.
As a teacher, priceless feedback.

Conversations with past students make my day!
Even better when the agree to come back to share their experiences with current students.
The best of both worlds!
