These numbers are giving me hope. Long live the NHS https://twitter.com/UKCovid19Stats/status/1353340503488679941
I'm praising the NHS rather than this government because:

- I'd guess NHS infrastructure and trust has made vaccine rollout easier and faster. In contrast, US vaccine rollout has been chaotic.

- govt has bungled every other response to the pandemic. 🤷🏽‍♂️
I agree there shouldn't be blind worship or praise for the NHS without criticism when deserved.

But I'd argue over-worked staff, missing PPE and initial chaos was down to lack of govt preparation early on. BJ was going around shaking hands at hospitals! https://twitter.com/MattChorley/status/1353353270287347713?s=20
Yes, I think it's fair to praise the govt for securing enough vaccine supplies.

But the US also secured them and their rollout isn't going so well, hence my praise for NHS infrastructure. https://twitter.com/LauraAlbins/status/1353365574131322880?s=20
