Cows have no business roaming the streets or trampling the farms of people. This is absolutely insane.

Cattle herdsmen should buy land for ranching purposes and keep all their cows controlled.

But we live in a country where the life of a cow is more valuable than a human being.

This is 2021. We cannot be living like we are in 1721. This makes no sense at all.

Cows should be resident and reared in a ranch solely dedicated to cattle farming.

Cows should never be invading farms, roaming the streets, entering schools and causing public nuisance and chaos.

The govt should sit down with the herdsmen and let them know in clear terms that they need to buy lands in their resident communities and use these lands for ranching and cattle farming as they see fit.

This is the only sensible way forward.
We shouldn’t even be discussing this.

And while Nigeria belongs to all of us, nobody- and I mean, nobody- should hide under being a herdsmen to carry out grievous violent crime like kidnapping, murder, farm destruction and the oppression of native citizens/indigenes of a state.

This is not right. It will never be.

No nigerian is more nigerian than another nigerian. The country does not belong to any tribe. It belongs to every nigerian.

Govt must swiftly resolve these issues without taking sides.

Again, to be clear:
