There should be more background checks and stricter barriers for white people who attempt to apply for jobs or travel to Asia, because too many times do we see whites, typically men, abusing their privilege and preying on women and/or children. This is far from the only case. https://twitter.com/Mango_Press_/status/1352934267446288384
Even those who claim to travel to Asia to help and educate struggling children cannot be trusted. Case in point, U.N. official Peter Dalgish, who hid under the guise of humanitarian work in Nepal. https://www.newsweek.com/former-senior-united-nations-official-facing-pedophilia-charges-nepal-876783
Another man, Francois Abello Camille, travelled to Indonesia and financially and sexually exploited young girls between the ages 10-17, offering them work as a means to lure them in. When refused, he would resort to abuse. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8506877/French-paedophile-faces-death-firing-squad-Indonesia-molesting-300-children.html
Boris Kunsevitsky, an Australian man, travelled across multiple Asian countries and proceeded to abuse dozens of young boys and filmed pornographic material of them. https://www.scmp.com/news/asia/southeast-asia/article/3048156/australias-worst-paedophile-jailed-35-years-after-abusing
We can't see this as simply an "individual issue," where it's a matter of one white man out of many exploiting their privilege. Whites do have privilege globally, and too many of them are leveraging it for their own benefit, clout, or for their own malicious intentions.
