Let's talk about some that makes absolutely 0 sense, People saying Tsunade was a bad character at first for having Haemophobia.

People seem to try and use that as something to knock Tsunade's nearly perfectly written character down a notch. But it was something thay built her-
character. Haemophobia is something less common in the medical field but can happen to the best of people. What is Haemophobia?

Haemophobia is an extreme irrational fear of blood usually caused by Trauma in childhood or early adolescence, and painful experiences can cause it-
Hence Tsunade losing Dan when she was younger and causing the fear of blood, also not to mention her also losing her little brother as well.

Her trauma would then come into play during the search for Tsunade Arc when she was fighting against Kabuto-
And at the sight of blood she froze (again caused by a severe traumatic event) then caused Naruto to jump in (as seen in the pic) at this time Tsunade was completely out of it and was in no shape to fight BUT, after the fight when on and she realized Naruto was in trouble-
She took a sword through the chest from Orochimaru, and at this time her fear of blood was still lingering in the back of her mind, but she pushed herself so no one would die under her supervision again, she herself said a young Naruto reminded her of her little brother-
And that she would not lose someone else while she has the chance to save them.

This was also the 1st time if my memory serves me correctly that we got to see the Byaukugo Seal in effect. She then proceeded to literally beat the hell out of Orochimaru (his hands were hurt)-
and in the end over come her fear of blood and save Naruto's life.

So to those who try and down play Tsunade as a character, please ask yourself why? She had Haemophobia and eventually overcame it in one of the most dire situations, which is incredible will power.
