Was not able to watch the Badger game live and just saw it now and therefore have not seen online takes (so sorry if I am repeating).
1. As soon as I saw Borowski, I knew they were in trouble. I go back and forth as to whether he is just a showboat who misses calls both ways or just hates Wisconsin. The call on the Davidson 3 was a great example.
He is like the 7th grade ref who thinks they should call everything to because they know of some rule that they think nobody else knows about.
2. When Badgers can't buy a 3, they are always going to be in trouble. By and large, they are pretty consistent between ok and excellent. They way they are built, bad almost always means a loss.
3. Ohio State was red hot. While they had a couple bully balls to the hoop, most of their damage was on jump shots that I think Gard could live with. Was defense great? No, but not terrible either. Give Bucks credit.
4. Davis is in a little bit of a tough stretch right now. Obviously needs work on the jumper, but also seems to be struggling with where to find his shots. He will be just fine but still has his freshman moments.
