No idea why the person was lying in the roadway in the first place, even if they were a spectator for a vehicle doing burnouts. I hope the officer did not realize there was a person under the vehicle… Could have been fatal. Whacky.
Person was conscious and alert; transported to hospital by ambulance. Positive sign injuries are non life threatening.
