Age of Ultron is the most Avengers feeling film out of all the other Avengers films, if that makes any sense. I mean think about it, the original film is the formation of the team and they don't become the Avengers until that iconic circle shot. Infinity War and Endgame are....
THE BIG EVENTS. There is no Avengers team established and everyone is off on their own in different groupings. Infinity War is Thanos' film with the heroes as supporting characters whereas Endgame is an encapsulation and wrap up of the past decade of the the MCU. But....
Age of Ultron on the other hand begins right away with an established Avengers team having to stop a villain in Ultron. We get Avengers Tower, the team's dynamics together stopping Hydra, even throwing a party in celebration and everyone just having fun trying....
to lift Mjolnir and the team being further expanded with new members including Falcon, War Machine, Wanda and Vision. And no, I'm not saying it's the best film out of the 4. I do think it's the weakest of the bunch but it's the film that most encapsulates what The Avengers are...
in terms of having a properly established team from the very beginning. It's very flawed but it's a film filled with so much gold. Would love another Avengers film on this type of scale again in the future.
