new age spirituality is very lazy, you cannot “do what you want,” there are rules, not strict rules but just the act of respect. it is not okay to dip and dab in what is not yours and new age spirituality has made that okay.
the word “chakras” is overused, everyone sages shit without intention, this journey is not just about yourself but also your relationships with people, crystals only get you so far, all them extra labels like “empath” and “starseeds” are meaningless in the big picture.
new-age spiritualists be like “im not religious but im spiritual” while taking practices directly from different religions LMFAO
another hot take: i love crystals (as a crystal reiki master lol) but the major ones people talk about on here only offer a placebo effect. you know this crystal is going to make you fall asleep so you prepare your body to go to bed earlier.
