The Power of the Stars, a power introduced in Sonic Rush Adventure, according to Eggman Nega this type of power literally keeps the multiuniverse balanced in its existence
And if it keeps them in balance, it could also destroy them exactly as with Solaris

And that would make sense as to why Blaze was in Silver's future in Sonic '06.
After all, Blaze and his family have protected the Jeweled Scepter and the Star Power for generations, if Solaris is indeed connected to Star Power, Blaze has more than obvious reasons to end up there and help Silver.
According to his description on Sonic Channel, thanks to the Sol Emeralds she can travel freely between her world and Sonic's, but there have been occasions where space-time has moved, which could be a reference to how she ended up to Silver's future.
These things might actually make sense of the great mystery puzzle of Solaris, Blaze, and Babylonians

With all this Solaris would seem to be based on the Egyptian sun god Ra, where he is not only depicted with the hawk animal but is often accompanied with a scepter;
He is also pretty much the ruler of the underworld, which this would give a little mention to Mephiles
