terrible front office continuing to risk the team’s future and credibility. I believe this is what is happening in the Texans front office and I would like to propose a solution.
This solution would be a new rule very rarely enforced. The Impeachment Rule. When an owner has lost the faith of their fans and players they should be forced to resign.
Criteria to be “Impeached”

1/3 of Front Office votes to force resignation.
3/4 of Players vote to force resignation.
1/2 of Voters on an NFL official website which features a poll and fans vote on. (Fan Input)

It’s a long shot, I know. But a professional sports league has forced resignation before with the NBA forcing Donald Steeling to resign from the Clippers owner. I know that was because he is racist but it has been done before...
I only see this being done in rare instances but the city of Houston has had enough with Cal McNair and it’s time to close this chapter.
Who Would Take Over?

This I’m still working on but maybe an auction of the team? But the report of interviewing Josh McCown was the last straw. The McNair’s must be stopped.
