Deku having better versions of his classmates' quirks and potential future similarities in quirks.
1. A better version of uraraka's quirk. Can do what she does without the draw back(puking/ needing to touch her fingers to release it)and equipment.

2. Better version of froppy's quirk. He doesn't have to worry about damaging his tongue like froppy because black whip is pure energy and with training can possibly grow in range. Also allows him to use his float quirk through each tendril.
3. This could be a reach but it's possible that hori is foreshadowing deku being able to use black whip like tokoyami's shadow.
4. Full cowling being a better version of sato's sugar rush quirk is a no brainer. Deku doesnt need sweets or just sugar in general to power up, doesn't have a 3 minute limiter on it and doesn't fall asleep afterwards.
5. If I were to ask anyone to choose between black whip or tape to Jane as a quirk, the answer would be obvious. Shiraki cant destroy it, it's not limited to just his elbows and like I said before, it can be used with float. Deku is leagues above his peers right now.
6. It's possible that at this point deku is faster than ida with ida coming at a close second.
