doesn't want Kiryu in fighting games because he doesn't want to see him hitting women.
Another guest would be Akira Yuki from Virtua Figther but here's the deal: We already have a Bajiquan fighter in the form of Leo, as well as Jacky which collides with Law

Capcom stated that they want a second Street Fighter character on Tekken but it's unlikely to happen, same for any returning company.
I would dare to say if it isn't Akira or Kiryu, we could be partially ruling out a guest character.

It is likely to be either Christie (with a revamped moveset), Baek, Wang (althought they might have died canonically on 6) or even some of the scrapped characters like the Taekwondo girl or even the Female Tekken Force soldier.
