One of the big opportunities for RPA is within the public sector. It could be used to automate away the inefficiencies and menial visual/language tasks with rules-based bots at high volume within government agencies.
The most obvious missed opportunity for robotic process automation is vaccination scheduling.

RPA could have powered logic-based, automated "smart scheduling" via text and web.

This would have been the perfect business case.
Someone please make me CTO of NYC so I can move the city forward with its tech priorities and projects.
