Sure, life events, major transitions, traumas, losses, and mental illness all lead people to seek therapy; but some of my most productive sessions have been when I’m feeling well

Only available evenings? Weekends? Thursdays at 3pm? Better to be up front about your schedule before you go through the work of establishing care with someone
