Hey @KarynBryant and @NandaPrates_ I wasn't sure the best way to approach this, but thought I would start a tweet away from the others. Your podcast/interview has really got my wheels turning and I find this very interesting. My wife and I discuss the difference between men and
women in terms of the workforce and day to day life in general a lot. We work so hard with our 11 year old daughter especially, but also trying to teach our son, to be respectful of all people. I never want my daughter to accept being told she cannot do something in the workforce
because of her gender. I must be honest and say that since becoming a father of a daughter it has opened my eyes much more to this. I wanted to comment and say, regarding often the "troll comments" regarding flirting, sleeping with athletes, and all of the other ridiculousness
that I believe in general (and he is where I think I am going to take some heat) men have a devious thought life in their nature, that some either learn to control, or there are others that indulge in it. I think anonymity of social media has set us so far back in this regard as
there are no consequences for actions of someone with a picture that is not actually them, with a name like "So and so's right fist". Maybe it's simplistic, but that is why I use my actual name, and keep my picture as myself. My daughter is going to grow up to do great things
and I love to have examples of strong, extremely smart women that are examples for her. My wife is one of them (shameless plug) who is a high school math and science teacher, that during COVID has really launched her own business (@bakedjustsweet on IG) and then I am also able
to point out women like you @KarynBryant and @NandaPrates_ and then all of the athletes, Megan, and Laura, that are all very successful in a male dominated sport. Adding the women to the UFC has been so great and I often use this to tell my daughter, "You can do whatever you set
your mind to and don't let anyone tell you differently." Thanks so much for sharing!

Bracing myself for all the backlash... lol.
