leaked UN report purportedly tells members states they can refer #lka to ICC, bring UJ cases, apply sanctions & support dedicated ‘capacity’ to advance cases.

oh and Geneva says . @UNPeacekeeping should keep under review #SriLankanNavy contributions to UN peacekeeping operations and screening systems for Sri Lanka personnel.

We are so far from that!

And most importantly perhaps - @UNHumanRights says Council should 'Support a dedicated capacity to collect and preserve evidence for future accountability processes’!!!

Not necessarily a IIIM but something to preserve evidence and liaise with international prosecutors.
