The ranks in this thread are intended for startup draft use, so you may want to elevate or lower various players within similar tiers below for existing teams based on whether you are competing or rebuilding.
Colors represent tier breaks.
For a breakdown of how I would use my tiers in a startup draft, check out my initial rankings thread from January 1st.
For this thread, I'll be discussing players who have moved the most for me since my initial rankings. https://twitter.com/DynastyGriff_FF/status/1345127098529292289?s=19

QBs
Mayfield - Strong play down stretch cements Baker as long-term starter; likely perennial mid to low-end QB1; still only 25
Matt Ryan - New HC increases likelihood Ryan stays put and play style helps Ryan
Wentz - Eagles seem determined to keep him; new HC helps

QBs
LJax - Sky-high upside and elite rushing floor, but needs to take a step forward as a passer and passing volume remains very low
Darnold - Top 2 pick and Watson trade rumors make it likely he is on the move; likely will still get a starting job somewhere

RBs
Saquon - Injuries past 2 seasons had me worried, but all other RBs behind him have concerns, still only 23, and is the best all-around RB in NFL when healthy
Akers - Still possible timeshare for 2021, but has shown down the stretch that he can be a true workhorse

RBs
Henry - Still an elite RB for 2021 and likely 2022, but clock is ticking
& trade value is likely much less than he is worth; OC leaving for ATL also may hurt him; target for contending teams only
Jacobs - off-field concerns bump down some, and OL must improve

WRs
Jefferson - Historic production for 21 y/o rookie with all-around skillset; produced with & without Thielen; sky-high long-term upside
AJB - Low volume offense limits him, & better after catch than before it, but is a still a great long-term asset and RZ threat

WRs
pt. 2
Chark/Shenault - Trevor & new HC makes both ascending assets
Julio - New HC makes it likely he sticks in ATL; still elite when healthy & a great low-cost trade target for contending teams
C. Samuel - FA; WR2 in 2020 2nd half; great young buy-low WR

WR
Crowder - Undervalued WR2/3 can still produce akin to Jarvis Landry in right situation, but is a possible cap casualty for NYJ along with possible Darnold departure
MIA WRs - early round draft capital for team and possible FA WR targets make them riskier assets

TEs
Hooper - finished as TE1 in 2nd half of 2020; increased production coincided with Baker's improvement
OJ Howard - Omission from previous ranks; low ceiling with Arians but value could skyrocket if they decide not to pick up the 5th year option to save cap space

TEs
Engram - Struggled with drops and decreased play in 2020 after returning from injury; could see a boost in 2021 with change of scenery or simply from being another year removed from injury

Well, there you have it! Let me know your thoughts on the ranks! I'd love to hear from you all as I continue to grow in my thinking/player evals.
I'd also love to chat with you if you have any upcoming startups and how you can use these ranks to plan out your draft strategy!
