Enrico Maaßen is the 36 year old Manager of the U23 Team of Borussia Dortmund. The team is currently 2nd with one game in hand and has a very good chance of promotion this season. The team got incredible 50/63 Points in 21 Games this season, absolutely outstanding for a U23 Team.

I even think Maaßen could make it succesful, but it would be a risk. You can clearly see at Arteta who has a lot of interesting tactical approaches, but gets out-coached in the prem often due to little experience.
If he should get promoted this season, then he should do a season in the third division next season and then change the club, 100% sure many teams will and are already interested, a 2nd league team like Paderborn or Hanover would be perfect to develop, he has always succes.
Maaßen is a gigantic coaching talent with a big Future ahead of him, he has everything you need to be successful and is tactically incredibly intelligent, i'm sure at some point he will train a top team in Germany, maybe Borussia Dortmund.
