Lucifer subconsciously still thinks that someone loving you means you're useful to them. That you serve a need. He believes he needs his mojo to be useful to Chloe. He loses his mojo after dealing with Jed - when he's so scared of doing something "wrong" & losing Chloe

What's interesting to me is Lucifer doesn't try to use his mojo with anyone while Chloe isn't around until he does so by accident.
Is his mojo loss only within her vicinity too?

Doesn't react to his mojo. In the AU episode - he never even tries to mojo her, yet they still strike up a partnership.
It makes me wonder just how little her seeing him for who he is has to do with any miracle status, and how much it has to do with Lucifer *wanting* to be seen.
