5. Roland A. Hernandesz is listed as Fox Corporation's Audit Committee co-chair. I can't find the others who I don't blame for hiding. IMO If they don't hire an outside prosecutor, to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, they're on the hook. Personally.

6. This isn't a Section 230 civil liability issue. If corporations are people who have political rights, they can commit treason and receive a fiscal death sentence. Shut down the subsidy to hate vendors IMO or the accruing liability has this company in a liquidating Chapter 11
