2. Whether it’s foreign influence/money in our social media, food supply chain, medical systems, tech industry we need to be aware of dark money and influence so we can fix it. This is a matter of national security.
3. This is an issue in many sectors but we can see it very clearly in social media. Its important to note, Facebook and Twitter took Russian connected investment money to get started. This should be of concern to everyone, especially as we see how Parler was probably the same.
4. In the last four years, the enormous amount of disinformation and propaganda coming out of foreign entities into our ecosystems was a huge piece of how division flourished and authoritarianism took hold.
5. This is a fix that we desperately need across ALL of our industries, so please lobby Democrats to get this done. See two examples:
