THREAD: Honest opinion of every Manchester City player:

Ederson: Quality Keeper, and fits our system brilliantly. Potentially needs to adjust his positioning for certain scenarios but is still a world class goalkeeper.

Steffen: Solid No.2. Gets too much stick. Better than Bravo and clearly popular in the dressing room.

Scott Carson: Need I say more?

Kyle Walker: Good player. Extremely successful signing. Has two standout attributes; pace and power. Not the best technically nor does he have the best footballing IQ but a solid player. Should be more of a backup now imo though.

Joao Cancelo: He's the reason Walker should be the 2nd choice now (imo). Technically amazing, creative, hard working, clever. Got all the tools a modern fullback needs. Not fantastic at 1 on 1 defending, but his positional sense and tackling make up for it.

John Stones: England's best CB. He has everything. It's taken him a while to find this form since joining but what a season he's having. Definitely deserves a new contract, and an England recall. So happy for him.

Aymeric Laporte: World-Class CB. Too good for the bench in many ways but you cannot justify dropping Stones or Dias. Done great things for us and hopefully we find a way to get him into this team.

Nathan Ake: Good player, great backup to have, no issue with him at all but 40m for a player who can hardly make the bench or stay fit seems absolutely shocking business at the minute. I still think he can find a role in this squad eventually, though

Ruben Dias: Wow. What a fucking signing. Future captain, no question. Turned our whole defence and season around. Love him already and haven't even seen him live yet.

Benjamin Mendy: Immensely talented player but unfortunately I think he's done at City. His injuries have had a major role to play in that, along with his seeming lack of intelligence both on and off the pitch. Liability. Time for him to go in the summer imo.

Oleksandr Zinchenko: Not a world class fullback but he's okay. Good back up for a left back we need to sign in the summer, and gives his all every single game.

Rodri: Still baffled as to why we decided to spend 63m on a player to replace Fernandinho who has COMPLETELY opposite qualities to Fernandinho. However, recently, he seems to be improving, so hopefully he continues in this vain. May still need a midfielder in the summer. Not sure
