Since Prince Harry is trending, I wanted to create a thread of a few key things that he's said that speak to the kind of amazing leader he is and why we're so excited for what he will do for Archewell.

What I love about this is how, knowing how cold & indifferent that family is. Its clear H found community & family in the military. I also think his ten years of serving amongst normal people gave him empathy nobody else in the RF has.

Prince Harry speaks about his privilege here. That kind of self awareness is integral to the work that he does and is what drives him to create the impact that he does.

Prince Harry speaks on how he does his work. What I love about this is that his philosophy of working of helping, is about listening. Not dis-empowering the people he wants to help & work with. He humbles himself to find the best way to be of service. Diana was like that too.
There's so much more but I'll end with this one. Harry here speaks about his work. So much money is spent on these tours and H is aware that they need to be worth it, 4 the communities they serve, 4 the taxpayers who fund them etc. I've never heard any other royal speak on this.
