Sunday Jan 3rd: Clark tells Rosen Trump was replacing him with Clark.

That same day news of Trump's taped call to the GA SecState went public

Rosen contacted Cipollone, to convene a meeting withe Trump for early that evening (Sun January 3)

Sun Jan 3 evening Donoghue contacts the Justice Department’s remaining senior leaders and they agree to resign en masse of Trump puts Clark in as acting AG

So Sunday, Jan 3 around 6 p.m., Mr. Rosen, Mr. Donoghue and Mr. Clark met at the White House with Mr. Trump, Mr. Cipollone, his deputy Patrick Philbin and other lawyers. Mr. Trump had Mr. Rosen and Mr. Clark present their arguments to him.
So all of this came to a head on Sunday January 3, 2021.

Trump's capitol rally and the insurrection riot was only 3 days later.
