So far, the major vaccination constraint has been supply, but as more and more doses become available in the coming weeks — the bottleneck will quickly become the frustrating, antiquated, poorly-designed, buggy websites themselves. 2/7
Already, the whole thing is confusing and overwhelming and thus some vaccination locations have huge wait lines, while others have doses sitting without use. This will only become worse with scale.

Primary focus right now is on tools for volunteers to crowdsource accurate data, for pharmacists to submit their latest, up-to-date availability, and on crawlers for data that’s already publicly available but hard to access. 6/7
Think of this like a Wikipedia, but for getting shots into arms.
