The question isn't necessarily "will my #Altcoin pump?" - that answer is a near guarantee if the market has been doing what it's been doing. Rather, you should be asking yourself which $ALTS you are choosing to outperform the rest of the market relatively. I got lucky w. $ALPHA
You can buy something like $OMG and sure, it's going to do fine. But just know that there's an opportunity cost for you on what you decide to trade and the timeline that you're holding. I've got swing trade positions where I'm holding for a few weeks and I need to choose wisely
Of course I still am planning on scalping and taking shorter term trades w. the perps daily; holding those positions isn't an issue due to timeline but it's a different strategy. If you are doing the swing trade strategy- choose wisely.
Here is a reason why I thought you should buy the new coins! Back when $ALPHA was $.23 and $DOT was in the $5s lol...
Soon, I expect ALT/BTC pairs to outperform. I am still waiting for $BTC to be done doing its thing (and maybe it has and we'll go on the further moon mission). But we will see. IMO, most people will be more profitable swing trading and holding for a few weeks w/o scalping.
Hold your bulk/core position, compound and trade around it and then scalp if you must get your day trading fix in. I'm not scalping v. much right now because of the circumstances but I am ITCHING to get back to it. Must remain patient. Stay safe homies.
