So folks need to understand part of the ongoing Trump legal strategy is NOT to win lawsuits. They know this sh*t is crazy. They're intentionally abusing the legal system to validate Q theories for their base. https://twitter.com/rmfifthcircuit/status/1352625990854389761
Case in point, the claims in this filing described by Raffi (below) also mirror claims made currently by "leading" voices on Parler. https://twitter.com/rmfifthcircuit/status/1352661743726637060
This has been covered to some degree by @parlertakes. Note the reference to "The Corporation." This is what they are referring to. https://twitter.com/parlertakes/status/1352323375721377792
It's increasingly harder to tell who's in on the grift & which useful idiots are used to perpetuate it. Case in point, the atty who lost his job for participating in 1/6 riots is now involved. Is he a fool or in on it? 🤷🏼‍♀️ but conspiracy law doesn't care if you're dumb or evil. https://twitter.com/adamanation/status/1352691957336666114
This is ALL over Twitter and once again they're doing nothing to police it.
Their legal strategy reinforces the legitimacy of the grift. And when they are thrown out, this only "reinforces" the opinions of conspiracy theorists that the system is corrupted against them.
So while I know it seems comical, and it's funny to poke fun at for people who are still attached to reality, the mockery isn't enough. In fact, it doesn't help.

There needs to be legal action. Throwing out the cases isn't enough.
Whether they are "in on it" or useful idiots, these lawsuits are promulgated by individuals attempting to legitimize a grift and narrative that actively promotes sedition, insurrection and treason. It is a criminal conspiracy. DOJ should act.
As should state Attorneys Generals.

Frivolous lawsuits are quite literally being used to validate conspiracy theories with the direct intent to undermine, attack and remove our government.

Stupid sounding or not, this is an attack.
And that's proof positive that pointing out the logical flaws in these arguments and their spokespeople isn't enough. Because they base may even after a particular person is a liar/crazy/unwell, but yet they still believe the narrative.
This has ALWAYS been a part of the strategy. It is also exactly what Cambridge Analytica bragged about doing. https://twitter.com/saradannerdukic/status/1352435053419257857
This is also precisely why existing US privacy laws are completely inadequate, including if not especially California's Prop 24: They fail to address the collection and use of personal data.
