the left is from spring training in 1955 or 1956. The one on the right is somewhere between 1955 and 1958
Slightly underrecognized fact is that Aaron ended his career with the Milwaukee brewers for one year. Never used batting gloves
And a photo I've never seen before: davey lopes and bill russell meeting hank at second base on his run around the bases for 715 (as written in 8s in the background)
And of course the two home run kings of their time...
