Yes but it also depends on the context. If you are close your bodies almost touch, possibly you look into each other eyes, not something we can see here. Yes there is a relationship, but it could be just friendship
What if you are just gripping the hand, not interlocking it? Like here

We know Lou can be possessive but not in a negative way. If you cannot display PDAs you want to feel that the person next to you is yours and want them to feel it. It is very sensual

But how many times we have seen them in the same room, at concerts, gravitating to each other, almost rotating their bodies towards each other?
All of these are open to interpretation but for me they are pretty clear a sign they are in an healthy, long term, passionate and caring relationship. Who can see that is a lucky person, since they get to witness something beautiful
