There were 6,827 first COVID vaccine doses administered in Northern Ireland yesterday, 0.36% of the population. It's up on the 2 days previously but still well down from last week's record 0.63%. Wales set a new 1st doses daily record with 0.70% of the population.
England is now clearly out in front for total first doses per capita. Wales has overtaken Scotland for 3rd, whilst the Republic of Ireland is well behind the UK.
NI is still on track to complete phase 1 first doses by the end of next week, but this week has been slower than last week and the pace will need to pick up if all adults are to receive a first dose by the summer.
