An actual FPL thread? Go on then.

As a non-KDB owner, here’s my choices for the best replacements:
Phil Foden:
More mins now Kevin is injured, with great fixtures next three.
Might play more centrally.
Imho a surer asset than Gundogan (tho Gundogan will be on pens 🤷‍♂️)

10.6% / 6.3m
Raheem Sterling:
Second highest xG behind KDB.
Will probably play all three games (wba, SHU, bur)
Pretty amazed his ownership is so low, even with his patchy form.

4.9% / 11.4m
Bruno Fernandes:
An obvious one. Despite a slump in form, should be good for points in the next few
Could consider Pogba too, since Bruno’s output is usually hampered by him.
Below is what he’d be like as a right winger

53.5% / 11.3m
James Maddison:
Out of him and Barnes, I prefer Maddison as I think his ceiling is higher with assist potential.
Still a differential.

7.7% / 7.1m
Ademola Lookman:
Differential time 🚨
A player who’s looked sharp all season in a Fulham team that have Brighton and WBA away next.
Has scored two of his three goals away.
Would obvs be an enabler too.

1.3% / 5.0m
Steven Bergwijn:
Okay. I’ve just included him because I like him and want him to score.
But two assists in his last two and makes Spurs a better attacking team.

0.4% / 7.0m
Conclusion:
This will be far from the best thread you’ll read on this topic but hopefully it helps, even just a little.

With City’s fixtures and the lack of KDB, it’s a big chance for Foden and Sterling next three.

Tough but Sterling edges it for me. Class dismissed.
Btw I’m probably doing Neto > Foden, but I would choose Sterling if I had KDB. I’m not a hypocrite I swear
