MY VIEW ON FRANK LAMPARD’S CURRENT SITUATION

[A THREAD]
I’ll start off by saying that I truly hope Frank turns this dire situation around & the players likewise. I want to be proven wrong & will not go out of my way to abuse Frank as long as he’s manager. However, I currently feel as though we’re delaying the inevitable.
One notable aspect of this season is how Frank has been REACTIVE rather than PROACTIVE. This is one of the main reasons why I think we’re currently regressing rather than progressing from last season. Whether it’s taking too long to make changes or taking too long to put a player
In their best position, Lampard seems to wait till the inevitable happens before making a change. This is reactive, not proactive. Moreover, recent results have been poor but it’s the nature of the defeats which has been eye opening.
