HOW TO MAKE CUSTARD aka. Pap that studied abroad, SUCCESSFULLY.

Get the custard which is usually in powdered form and scoop the quantity you desire. Now here's the trick, the quantity of scoop depends on the amount of cold water you'd add to it..
So maybe I take like 4 scoop of powdered custard, and cold water to it till at least it's dissolved. Don't add more water because you're unsure of whether or not the water is enough. As soon as the powder has been dissolved in cold water, stop adding water and just stir it...
... Continuously. Do well to put water on the fire before you start or even while you're stiring the dissolved powder. NOTE: the bowl you're using has to be HOLLOW to avoid outpouring of the custard when hot water is being added...
... As soon as your water is boiled (make sure it's boiled!💯), while using one hand to stir the dissolved custard in a bowl (you should be able to see that a fine paste-like semi-liquid has been made), use another hand to pour the boiling water into the hollow bowl...
... Pour till you notice the semi-liquid turning thick and then immediately start to beat the custard same way we do pap.. In case the custard still is a little bit watery, place on heat and continuously stir and beat till desired thickness is achieved...
... Also note that on getting cold or warm, custard begins to take a watery form, so best advised to take it while it's hot. Add your milk, sugar or honey..etc to enjoy!

And we've come to the end of the play play class! Hope this helps. 🙂😁
